Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Woodcraft Puzzle: Block Fit (the “App”) published by BTMK (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Virtual items & currency
The App may include virtual currency (for example coins) and cosmetic or booster items. Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and may be modified, reset, or removed as we update the App. Purchases are final except where required by law or store policy (refunds are handled by Apple / Google).
4. Ads & optional purchases
The App may show advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases. Availability of ads or IAP may change over time. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your store account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App in a way that harms other players or our systems.
- Use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized modified clients.
- Interfere with servers, analytics, or advertising integrity.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including art, audio, text, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by BTMK or its licensors. Third-party assets (for example fonts or sound packs) remain subject to their respective licenses. You may not copy or redistribute our proprietary content except as allowed by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTMK and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or profits arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App or in-app items in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 10.
9. Updates & availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. Some updates may be required to continue playing.
10. Termination
These Terms apply until you uninstall the App or we terminate your access for breach of the Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the App you also acknowledge that policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
