- Progress lost — Progress is stored on device. Clearing app data or switching phones may reset it. Tell us your last cleared level if you need help diagnosing.
- Purchases / coins — Store purchases are restored through Apple / Google. Make sure you are signed into the same store account used to buy.
- Ads / sound / crash — Note whether Sound is on in Settings, and whether the issue happens on a specific level.
