collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application
Woodcraft Puzzle: Block Fit (package / bundle ID

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App and which store / platform features are enabled, we may process:
- App activity & progress stored on your device (levels, stars, settings, coin balance, unlocks).
- Device & diagnostic data such as device model, OS version, crash logs, and performance metrics (if crash reporting or analytics SDKs are enabled).
- Advertising identifiers (for example IDFA / GAID) when ads are shown and you have not limited ad tracking.
- Purchase information processed by Apple / Google when you buy in-app items (we do not receive your full payment card details).
- Support messages you send us by email (your address and message content).
We do not require you to create an account to play the core game.
3. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- Save progress and preferences on your device.
- Show ads and measure ad performance (when advertising is enabled).
- Process purchases and restore entitlements via the stores.
- Respond to support requests and investigate abuse or technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and store / platform policies.
4. Advertising
The App may display third-party advertisements (for example Google AdMob or similar networks). Ad partners may collect or receive device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and interaction data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads according to your consent / OS settings and applicable law (including GDPR / CCPA where relevant).
Authorized digital sellers for this App are listed in app-ads.txt (also available as ads-app.txt).
5. Analytics & crash reporting
We may use Firebase or similar services to understand stability and usage (for example crash-free sessions). These services process technical data on our behalf.
6. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising, cloud infrastructure).
- App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) for distribution and payments.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.
7. Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. Analytics / ad partners retain data according to their own policies.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region) for the purpose of selling it. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your choices
- Limit ad tracking in iOS / Android system settings.
- Reset advertising ID in device settings.
- Clear app storage or uninstall the App to remove local progress data.
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (for example support emails), subject to legal exceptions.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
